Recruiter - Remote Opportunity in the Health Sector

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Recruiter to join our team at Vitos, a leading provider in the mental health sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Recruiter remote position where you will have a direct impact on our recruitment processes and strategies.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to identify and attract the right talent.
• Manage selected recruitment processes in the fields of medicine, nursing, therapy, youth assistance, and management.
• Oversee our applicant management system, SmartRecruiters, ensuring continuous optimization and integration of new features.
• Enhance existing standards in channel and candidate tracking, digitalization, and reporting.
• Design and conduct internal training sessions related to talent acquisition.

Requirements

• Completed degree or relevant vocational training with at least 2 years of professional experience.
• Experience in recruiting, ideally within the healthcare or service industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage people effectively.
• Strong team player with a service-oriented mindset.
• High IT affinity and quick adaptability to new topics.

Nice to Have

• Experience with digital recruitment tools and analytics.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Germany.
• Fluency in multiple languages.
