Reception and Admin Assistant - AFA (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Reception and Admin Assistant to join our team at the Airline Flight Academy. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment while supporting our flight training operations. As a Reception and Admin Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a crucial role in managing our front-of-house operations.
What You'll Do
- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring they are greeted and directed appropriately.
- Coordinate meetings and bookings to ensure customers have the necessary facilities and equipment.
- Provide accurate information to customers in person, via phone, and email regarding the Sim Centre, bookings, and facilities.
- Monitor facilities and office equipment to maintain high standards of operation.
- Manage incoming mail, courier deliveries, and all front desk duties.
- Audit office supplies and order stock as needed.
- Support Customer Service and Social Media teams by responding to customer queries in a timely manner.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as requested.
Requirements
- Ideally, 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Excellent organizational skills.
