About the Role

We are seeking a talented Quality Engineer (AI-Driven & Exploratory) to join our innovative team. This remote position allows you to work alongside engineers and product managers who are committed to delivering high-quality AI-powered solutions. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in influencing product quality from the start of the development process, ensuring that our AI-driven products meet the highest standards.

What You'll Do

  • Define and implement modern QA strategies in an AI-enabled product team.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and PMs to ship high-quality products.
  • Experiment with new testing approaches and tools to enhance product quality.
  • Scale quality processes without hindering team velocity.
  • Utilize exploratory testing and risk-based testing methodologies to uncover potential issues early.
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and improve efficiency.
  • Engage in backend engineering and distributed systems testing to ensure reliability.
  • Contribute to the development of AI-powered quality solutions and automated testing frameworks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of AI tools and automation frameworks.
  • Experience with exploratory testing and risk-based testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern testing frameworks.
  • Proficiency in backend engineering concepts and distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of API testing and UI automation tools like Cypress.
  • Experience in Agile development environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI development and LLMs.
  • Familiarity with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and .NET.
  • Knowledge of iOS development using Swift and SwiftUI.
