About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team at airSlate. As a Quality Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, which serve hundreds of millions of users worldwide.

What You'll Do

  • Perform both manual and automated testing of our products, ensuring seamless document sending and signing workflows.
  • Design, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts for UI and API testing.
  • Conduct accessibility, localization, and responsive testing to enhance user experience.
  • Develop and maintain automated UI and API tests using Playwright and TypeScript.
  • Implement test execution pipelines within the CI/CD process, ensuring smooth integration and deployment.
  • Participate in release validation, smoke, and regression testing before production deployments.
  • Collaborate with developers on bug triage, root cause analysis, and improving test reliability.
  • Contribute to test coverage analysis and reporting, assisting in defining and refining the test strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in manual and automated testing (UI, API, database).
  • Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Playwright, Allure, and API testing tools (Postman).
  • Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases, CI/CD processes, and release management.
  • Strong knowledge of test strategies, QA processes, and automation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and SDLC best practices.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning through courses, certifications, or workshops.
  • English proficiency at Intermediate+ (B2) level.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with performance testing tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Familiarity with Docker or containerization technologies.
