QA Auditor - Remote Position at First Advantage

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated QA Auditor - Remote to join our team at First Advantage. In this role, you will assess the quality of all components released to clients, ensuring they meet mandated specifications to the highest standard at both the component and case level.

What You'll Do

• Assess the quality of components and cases to ensure they meet specifications.
• Ensure timely processing of case requests and check verification fields for accuracy.
• Provide constructive feedback to internal teams to enhance quality.
• Maintain adherence to privacy legislation and participate in team meetings.
• Monitor activities to identify any issues or delays in processes.
• Deliver service excellence aligned with our core values.
• Coordinate with internal teams for effective case management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the QA framework.

Requirements

• Qualification in office business management preferred.
• Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm required.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, Office, and Word.
• Experience in a call center environment is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Good time management skills and willingness to embrace change.

Nice to Have

• Experience with quality assurance processes in a tech environment.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of privacy legislation related to data handling.
