Project Manager - Remote Opportunity at ASSA ABLOY

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team at ASSA ABLOY, where you will have the opportunity to work remotely and make a significant impact in the access solutions industry. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects that create value for our clients. What You'll Do

• Lead multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to quality standards and budget constraints.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, facilitating communication and resolving issues as they arise.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, assigning responsibilities and tracking progress against established milestones.
• Manage project finances, including P&L, budget tracking, and change control processes.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Technical Support, and R&D teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business growth.
• Ensure compliance with TRAKA governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide pre-sales support and assist in client meetings as required.
• Travel to customer sites when necessary to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the technical/technology industry, with relevant qualifications such as PRINCE2 or APM.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of producing accurate and professional reports.
• Experience in risk management and contingency planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a solid understanding of databases (preferably Microsoft SQL) and networking fundamentals.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to support collaboration.
• A flexible attitude towards working hours and a strong commitment to project delivery.

Nice to Have

• Experience with software installation and IT project management.
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of access solutions or security technologies.
