Project Manager - Logistics & Infrastructure (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team remotely at Drees & Sommer. As a Project Manager in logistics and infrastructure, you will lead complex projects, ensuring successful outcomes while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact in the construction and infrastructure sector.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for logistics and infrastructure projects, from feasibility and concept design through to construction and handover.
• Oversee project goals including scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and HSE, working closely with teams and contractors.
• Act as the on-site project lead, ensuring effective coordination and oversight of civil engineering and infrastructure works.
• Support or lead procurement processes, including contractor and consultant selection, and conduct regular site-supervision inspections.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with Swedish and Nordic regulations, technical standards, and internal governance frameworks.

Requirements

• A degree in civil engineering or a related technical field.
• A proven track record in delivering large logistics, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Practical experience from contractor or site-based roles, with a solid understanding of infrastructure and civil engineering.
• Strong communication skills to effectively represent the client and engage with contractors and internal teams.
• Excellent knowledge of AB, ABT, ABK, and Swedish construction legislation.
• Fluency in English is required; Swedish language skills are a plus.
