Product Manager - Onboarding for Crypto App

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Product Manager - Onboarding to join our dynamic team at Crypto.com. As a Product Manager for the onboarding process, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience from the moment they download our app to their first trade. This remote Product Manager position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse team of engineers, designers, and marketers to create exceptional onboarding experiences.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute a high-impact onboarding strategy that reduces the "time-to-trade" for new users.
• Lead A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives to enhance the sign-up funnel.
• Manage integrations with third-party identity verification vendors to streamline user onboarding.
• Build and prioritize a data-driven technical roadmap that aligns with regulatory requirements and feature launches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor onboarding trends to ensure Crypto.com remains a leader in the industry.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in FinTech, Neo-banking, or Crypto.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Tableau.
• Solid understanding of global KYC/KYB standards and their implications for digital products.
• Ability to discuss API integrations and backend logic while maintaining a user-centric approach.
• Proven track record of ownership and execution in a decentralized, fast-moving environment.
• Excellent collaboration skills to influence stakeholders across various departments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with identity verification processes or high-friction funnels.
• Familiarity with AI tools for product management and design.
• Knowledge of competitive intelligence in the crypto space.
