About the Role

As a leading web A/B testing company, we specialize in helping major clients like Pepsi, Netflix, and General Electric optimize their website traffic for increased revenue. In this Project Manager - Remote role, you will coordinate high-impact A/B tests across multiple disciplines, ensuring the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.

What You'll Do

• Manage cross-functional teams of 5–10 people to execute A/B tests effectively.
• Build and maintain a testing roadmap of upcoming experiments to drive project momentum.
• Communicate progress and results to clients in weekly meetings, fostering strong client relationships.
• Spot risks early and unblock teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Bring clarity, positivity, and momentum to the team, enhancing collaboration and productivity.
• Be proactive in communication with clients and teammates, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.
• Learn quickly and enjoy technology and design, contributing to innovative solutions.
• Organize work with systems, checklists, and timelines to streamline project management.

Requirements

• No prior A/B testing experience required, but a strong willingness to learn is essential.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and team members effectively.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive in reaching out for help when needed, fostering a collaborative team culture.
