Product Design Intern - AI GRC Platform

About the Role

LogicGate is seeking a driven Product Design Intern to join our team this summer. This Product Design Intern remote position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product design while working with a leading AI GRC platform. As a Product Design Intern, you will collaborate closely with our product, engineering, and design teams to tackle complex enterprise challenges.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to design solutions that our customers will use once shipped.
• Synthesize feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, and other data sources to inform design and prioritization decisions.
• Advocate for all users, both internal and external, ensuring their needs are met.
• Participate in research and documentation of learnings that lead to a better understanding of our users’ needs and workflows.
• Define and refine solutions through a variety of methods: user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and prototypes.
• Contribute to our growing design system of UI components.
• Provide Engineers with any assets or resources needed during development, UAT, and launch.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design (or a related discipline) with a graduation date in 2026 or 2027, or recently graduated from a Design Bootcamp.
• Embrace problem-solving with empathy, combined with knowledge of user experience best practices.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Enthusiasm for untangling complex problems and turning them into simple, impactful solutions.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills to support product intuition with data.
• An entrepreneurial attitude and a keen eye for detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe, and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• A passion for emerging AI technologies and their application in product design.
