About the Role

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our team at The Arnott's Group. This remote Procurement Specialist role is essential in managing our procurement processes and ensuring we achieve optimal outcomes for our business. You will collaborate with our Procurement Team, business partners, and suppliers to drive efficiencies and savings.

What You'll Do

  • Support the TAG Procurement team in delivering category plans and managing inflation.
  • Make buying decisions based on team direction and take action within categories to improve spending outcomes.
  • Lead the Australian Co-Man / Finished Goods process and manage supplier performance in quality, service, risk, and spend.
  • Run RFI, RFP, and pricing activities to deliver category saving plans.
  • Provide analytical support across the TAG Procurement Team, ensuring accurate reporting and projections.

Requirements

  • Experience in procurement or a related field, ideally with a focus on analytics.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage complex information.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for basic financial skills.
  • Ability to track key performance indicators and escalate variances effectively.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SAP or similar procurement systems.
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices in procurement.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
