Process Operator - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Process Operator to join TINE, a leading dairy company, in a remote capacity. As a Process Operator, you will play a vital role in producing TINE's finest products. This remote position allows you to contribute to our production processes while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

What You'll Do

• Manage the dairy production process remotely, ensuring adherence to production schedules.
• Perform operational tasks related to the production of various dairy products.
• Ensure safe and efficient production that meets food safety, quality, health, safety, and sustainability standards.
• Focus on continuous improvement opportunities within the production workflow.
• Conduct cleaning of facilities and process equipment, performing basic maintenance as per the plan.
• Execute tasks according to TINE's procedures and guidelines.
• Contribute to achieving team goals and objectives.
• Handle operational tasks related to the cleaning process of milk residues.

Requirements

• Relevant vocational training or education in the food industry, industrial food production, or production technology.
• Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education.
• Technical understanding, process comprehension, and good IT skills are advantageous.
• Possession of a forklift license is a plus.
• Proficiency in Norwegian, both spoken and written.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the dairy industry or food production.
• Knowledge of quality control processes in food production.
• Familiarity with safety regulations in food manufacturing.
