What You'll Do

• Act as Scrum Master to facilitate daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, sprint planning, and demos.
• Track team velocity and sprint progress while improving focus and reducing incidents.
• Update Agile tracking systems to ensure transparency in product development.
• Manage individual and cross-team projects ensuring quality standards and requirements are met.
• Establish effective communication and collaboration with all project stakeholders.
• Monitor project risks and implement change management processes.
• Analyze team performance using optimal metrics and identify bottlenecks.
• Oversee resource allocation for projects to maximize outcomes.
• Involve in incident management and process improvement suggestions.
• Mentor junior project managers.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Familiarity with Scrum team processes.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Analytical mindset and self-discipline.
• Experience in performance monitoring and evaluation.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Presentation skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the MarTech industry.
