Remote Digital Project Manager - Lead Meaningful Projects

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Digital Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Jobgether. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful delivery of client projects by managing cross-functional teams and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to lead meaningful digital projects while working remotely from anywhere in the world.

What You'll Do

• Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across design, development, QA, SEO, and analytics to ensure project success.
• Manage project scope, risks, and change requests throughout the delivery process.
• Act as the primary client contact during the project phase, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
• Provide structured status updates and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee QA, UAT, and deployment planning to ensure quality deliverables.
• Lead structured project handover into Customer Success for seamless transitions.

Requirements

• 5–9+ years of experience managing complex digital or website projects in an agency, consultancy, or SaaS services environment.
• Proven ownership of delivery across scope, timeline, and budget.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams including design, development, QA, and analytics.
• Strong competence in risk management and change control.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English is required.

• Experience in B2B tech project management.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
