About the Role

We're hiring an Agentic Software Development Subject Matter Expert - Remote to join our mission at Correlation One. In this role, you will support clients in designing and scaling agentic software development, utilizing advanced tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot. What You'll Do

• Support clients in designing and scaling agentic software development.
• Utilize tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to streamline delivery.
• Standardize agentic patterns to enhance project efficiency.
• Engage in client-facing delivery and asynchronous build work.
• Coach teams on AI-native development practices.
• Implement DevSecOps principles in workflows to ensure security and efficiency.
• Design skill assessments for evaluating engineering proficiency.
• Stay current with emerging agentic software development tools and trends.
• Create training assets and deliver workshops to enhance team capabilities.

Requirements

• Deep proficiency with Claude Code and/or GitHub Copilot.
• Experience building agentic workflows and strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with CI/CD integration and strong DevSecOps knowledge.
• Ability to design skill assessments and teach effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse teams and clients.

Nice to Have

• Experience in developing training programs for technical skills.
• Familiarity with various programming languages and frameworks.
• Previous experience working with government organizations or large enterprises.
