Principal Product Manager - Healthcare Revenue Cycle (Remote)

About the Role

We're hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead our healthcare revenue cycle initiatives at Experian. This Principal Product Manager remote role will allow you to drive product strategy for complex, enterprise-scale products in the healthcare sector, influencing senior leaders and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

• Define and own long-term product strategy for healthcare revenue cycle products.
• Translate strategy into investment priorities and roadmaps to ensure alignment across teams.
• Manage products from discovery through optimization, ensuring they meet customer needs.
• Promote prioritization that balances customer value and technical risk effectively.
• Conduct competitive analysis to differentiate our products in the market.
• Define success metrics and guide decisions with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on go-to-market strategies.
• Mentor product managers and enhance product management practices within the organization.
• Work in a remote environment while managing multiple projects effectively.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% for stakeholder engagements and meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare technology.
• Proven track record with enterprise-scale products.
• Experience in Agile product development methodologies.
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with product and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Ability to influence senior team members and stakeholders.
• Experience defining success metrics for product performance.
• Experience mentoring product managers is a plus.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with execution.
