About the Role

What You'll Do

• Lead the product strategy and vision for the AI Control Plane and Guardrails, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features based on customer feedback and market research.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the AI landscape, driving product innovation.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and validate product concepts.
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and analytics.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Represent GitLab at industry events and conferences, showcasing our AI capabilities and thought leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI or related technologies.
• Proven track record of successfully launching AI products or features.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
