About the Role

What You'll Do
- Lead hands-on design, development, and deployment of Agentic AI systems for contact centers.
- Integrate Generative AI applications into workflows for real-time response generation and conversation management.
- Build advanced NLP features, including intent classification and sentiment detection.
- Utilize cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Own the full lifecycle of AI projects from data preparation to production scaling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI capabilities.
- Mentor engineers and establish best practices for responsible AI.
- Stay updated on GenAI advancements and contribute to thought leadership.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on NLP and conversational AI.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
- Proven expertise in deploying AI solutions on major cloud platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Experience with MLOps tools and cloud infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.

- Contributions to open-source projects or relevant publications.
