About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced President of Sales and Marketing to join our team at iLocatum. This executive role is pivotal in steering the sales and marketing strategies for our established retail home construction company. As the President of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. This position offers a competitive base salary in the $200,000 - $225,000 range, along with performance pay of 50% of the base salary.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the sales team and develop strategic sales initiatives to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
  • Oversee the Marketing Manager and Online Sales Consultant, providing direction for branding and promotional initiatives.
  • Establish forecasting models to support data-driven decisions that enhance ROI and protect margins.
  • Create and implement standard operating procedures for the sales department to ensure compliance with company policies and state laws.
  • Manage contract negotiations and oversee the preparation of sales contracts.
  • Conduct market analysis to evaluate pricing strategies and optimize sales velocity.
  • Engage in community service initiatives as part of the company’s commitment to social responsibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in residential home building or real estate.
  • Proven track record of closing at least 500 homes in a year.
  • Strong understanding of real estate contracts and homebuyer financing.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to embody company core values and lead by example.
