About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic President of Sales and Marketing to join our team at iLocatum. This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to lead and innovate in the sales and marketing functions of our established home construction company. As the President of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. This position is pivotal in shaping the future of our organization and maximizing the return on investment for our lot inventory.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the sales and marketing departments, overseeing all aspects of strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Land, Finance, and Operations, to optimize the return on investment for lot inventory.
  • Analyze market conditions to adjust pricing strategies and ensure optimal sales velocity.
  • Supervise the Marketing Manager and Online Sales Consultant, providing strategic direction for branding and advertising initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for the sales department, ensuring compliance with real estate laws.
  • Manage the preparation and negotiation of sales contracts, ensuring timely processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and communication across departments to align sales performance with company goals.
  • Utilize CRM systems and sales analytics tools to drive data-driven decisions that enhance ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in residential home building or real estate.
  • Proven track record of closing at least 500 homes in a year.
  • Strong understanding of real estate contracts and homebuyer financing.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate sales teams effectively.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer

  • Base salary in the range of $200,000 - $225,000, with performance pay of 50% of base.
