Premium Airfreight Coordinator - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Premium Airfreight Coordinator remote position at Air Charter Service. As a Premium Airfreight Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our world-class logistics team, ensuring that time-critical and high-value shipments reach their destinations safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Assist with the global expansion of the Time-Critical Airfreight department.
• Coordinate and manage premium airfreight shipments from origin to destination, including same-day and next flight-out services.
• Book and execute daily Premium Airfreight shipments (NFO) from initial inquiry through to completion.
• Act as the primary contact for customers and business development.
• Oversee day-to-day operations in Time-Critical Airfreight.
• Represent the company externally, including at trade fairs and events.
• Define and optimize existing processes for better efficiency.
• Report to your Airfreight Team Leader on operational performance.

Requirements

• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve the best results.
• Completed freight forwarding training, preferably with further qualifications.
• Professional experience in the air freight sector, including market and industry knowledge of NFOs.
• Fluent written and spoken English skills.
• Willingness to work shifts as required.
• Proficient user of MS Office and common freight forwarding software.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for the role.

Nice to Have

• Experience with international logistics and customs regulations.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
