Players Club Representative - Customer Service Focus
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Players Club Representative to join our team at Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel. This role is essential for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a memorable entertainment experience for our players. As a Players Club Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining data entry, issuing Players Club cards, and assisting our Express Bus passengers. This position offers a competitive pay rate starting at $21.91/hr, with potential growth up to $28.98/hr based on performance.
What You'll Do
- Utilize the Player Tracking System to redeem Club points for cash and merchandise.
- Provide complete guest service at the Players Club with a positive attitude towards casino players.
- Encourage guests to join the Players Club and inform them of the program benefits.
- Communicate promotions, special events, and club programs to guests.
- Print cards for player tracking and inform guests of rules and regulations.
- Enter and update player data information into the computer for club members.
- Load the bus at pickup locations and collect fare from passengers.
- Ensure passenger safety while loading and unloading buses.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service is preferred.
- Proven professional and polite personality with strong customer relations skills.
- Accurate keyboarding skills.
- Preferred: Two-year college degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous exposure to a gaming atmosphere is a plus.
