About the Role

We're hiring a Product Lifecycle Lead Operations to join our team at Gerresheimer. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to lead the lifecycle management of innovative medical devices, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer expectations.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate the introduction and execution of manufacturing processes for medical devices.
• Collaborate closely with production, quality control, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor operational performance and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams focused on cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Report on key performance indicators to customers, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead initiatives that enhance product lifecycle management and drive innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong project management skills and excellent team management abilities.
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for medical devices.
