Senior Software Engineer - Full-Stack & DevOps for Medical Imaging Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Snke, focusing on medical imaging solutions. This remote Senior Software Engineer role offers you the opportunity to work on advanced software solutions that enhance patient outcomes through innovative technology.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop software solutions for medical imaging and clinical workflow applications.
• Develop features for applications visualizing structured medical data and medical imaging data.
• Build modern full-stack applications using web technologies, microfrontends, and service-based architectures.
• Drive and improve development workflows, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and build systems to support efficient software delivery using GitHub Actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and maintainable software solutions.
• Support deployment of applications in on-premise and cloud environments (AWS, Azure).

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong experience in software engineering with full-stack development.
• Experience with modern programming languages such as TypeScript, C++, Rust, C#, or similar.
• Familiarity with web technologies and APIs (HTTP, REST, JSON).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker.

Nice to Have

• Experience with DICOM and FHIR.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
