Clinical Commissioning Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Commissioning Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will ensure that the service provided to our residents is of the highest quality, while managing a 65-bed nursing home in Willesden. This Clinical Commissioning Manager remote position offers a competitive starting salary of £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a generous annual bonus.

What You'll Do

• Ensure high-quality service delivery to residents.
• Build and maintain occupancy levels in the nursing home.
• Recruit, train, and retain a professional and experienced staff team.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and operational policies.
• Manage the home’s profit and loss while adhering to a set budget.
• Promote marketing ideas to enhance the home’s reputation.

Requirements

• Proven track record in managing CQC good rated care homes.
• Qualification such as Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care.
• Compassionate yet assertive leadership style.
• Experience in operational management and employee motivation.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage large staffing teams.
• Diploma Level 5 in Health and Social Care is essential.
• Registered Nurse Certification is desired but not essential.

Nice to Have

• Experience in executing action plans to increase occupancy.
• Background in marketing within the healthcare sector.
• Previous experience in a remote management role.
