About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Pizza Maker to join our team at Four Chords LLC in Franklin, Tennessee. What You'll Do
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and various toppings to create delicious pizzas.
- Monitor the temperature of pizza ovens and manage cooking times effectively.
- Ensure all pizzas are prepared according to the company recipe book.
- Provide exemplary guest service consistently, exceeding customer expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area and equipment.
- Complete assigned cleaning duties and side-work efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- Follow all safety and sanitary standards to promote a safe dining environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of one year’s experience in a large commercial kitchen operation preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Food Handlers Card and ABC Service Certification preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English to interact with guests and coworkers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of proper food handling and safety standards.
Nice to Have
- CPR certification and/or First Aid training.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
