Pharmacy Clinical Implementation Intern - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Pharmacy Clinical Implementation Intern to join our team at Centene Management Company for the Summer 2026 program. This is a fully remote internship opportunity based in the USA, where you will support the pharmacy prior operations department in coordinating and executing the health plan’s pharmacy program. As a Pharmacy Clinical Implementation Intern, you will gain valuable experience and insights into pharmacy operations while working on impactful projects.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the creation of decision tools for pharmacy programs.
• Manage the configuration of decision tools through coordinated projects.
• Conduct quality reviews via user acceptance testing.
• Track and trend performance using data analytics to ensure program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance pharmacy operations and compliance.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in an accredited pharmacy graduate program.
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and formulary maintenance.
• Experience with data analytics and user acceptance testing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Availability to work between May and August 2026.

Nice to Have

• Previous internship experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting.
• Familiarity with pharmacy operations and patient care processes.
