What You'll Do

  • Provide one-on-one personal care to clients in their homes, promoting independence and comfort.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Maintain compliance with agency policies and procedures while delivering high-quality care.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your caregiving skills.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients.
  • Willingness to undergo a TB test (cost covered by the company if not updated).
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with veterans or individuals with special needs.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid.
  • Knowledge of home healthcare practices and procedures.
