About the Role

We are seeking a talented Performance Marketer to join our team at MrFluffyFriend, focusing on Meta Ads. This is a remote position where you will have the opportunity to scale campaigns for an 8-figure D2C pet brand. As a Performance Marketer, you will take ownership of markets, from creative ideation to profit optimization. Your primary goal will be to scale Meta campaigns from €500 to €5,000 per day, ensuring profitability and effectiveness.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement high-impact Meta ad campaigns that drive conversions and sales.
  • Build and test ad angles that resonate with our target audience and convert effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Creative teams to enhance campaign performance.
  • Utilize AI tools for ad research and testing to stay ahead of trends and optimize campaigns.
  • Identify and address patterns such as creative fatigue and audience decay to maintain campaign effectiveness.
  • Treat the ad account as if it were your own business, ensuring meticulous management and optimization.
  • Engage in performance-based compensation with uncapped earnings, rewarding your success and contributions.
  • Enjoy full creative freedom and zero micromanagement, allowing you to innovate and experiment.
  • Gain direct access to founders and the CRO for insights and collaboration.
  • Participate in long-term collaboration with autonomy, contributing to the brand's growth and success.

Requirements

  • Proven record of managing Meta budgets of €100K+ per month.
  • Deep understanding of direct response psychology and how to engage audiences effectively.
  • Strong grasp of creative testing frameworks to optimize ad performance.
  • Analytical and creative mindset, capable of balancing data-driven decisions with innovative ideas.
  • Self-directed and reliable, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English, with availability within CEST hours.
  • Include the phrase “Scaling Retriever” in your application to demonstrate attention to detail.
