What You'll Do

• Analyze and optimize HR technology systems to improve workflow and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Utilize data analytics and SQL to derive insights that inform HR decision-making.
• Manage HR projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
• Support the implementation and configuration of AI-enabled HR tools and workforce planning platforms.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a People Tech Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR systems, including Workday and HRIS.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
• Experience with API interactions and data governance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and their application in HR.
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA.
• Knowledge of UML/BPMN for process modeling.
