About the Role

- Analyze HR data to provide insights and forecasts that support revenue reporting and strategic decision-making.
- Facilitate internal communication and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in People Operations or HR roles, with a strong understanding of HRIS and data entry.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in technical recruiting and sourcing for engineering roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast and report on HR metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
