People Business Partner - Employee Relations & Governance (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking a People Business Partner - Employee Relations & Governance (Remote) to join our innovative team at Remote. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining the foundational governance for our global workforce, focusing on employee relations and compliance.
What You'll Do
- Own the full lifecycle of People policies, ensuring they are effectively communicated and implemented across the organization.
- Lead critical investigations and drive compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
- Partner closely with People Business Partners and legal teams to manage and resolve complex employee relations (ER) cases across jurisdictions.
- Analyze ER and compliance data to provide strategic recommendations that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Design and execute global People policies that align with our mission of fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistent policy application across all teams.
- Lead and manage high-risk employee relations cases, ensuring fair treatment and adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated processes that support employee growth and development.
- Deliver training on policy application and compliance best practices to ensure all employees are informed and empowered.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Employee Relations and Compliance, with a track record of managing complex ER cases.
- Exceptional analytical skills for interpreting ER and compliance data.
- Experience advising on best practices for legal risk mitigation and compliance.
- Ability to design and execute global People policies that reflect our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Expertise in developing Standard Operating Procedures for consistent policy application.
- Experience in performance management processes and project management skills with cross-functional partners.
