Business Development Manager - Remote Position

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Business Development Manager - Remote to join our team at Vault Risk Management Services. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving strategic growth by leveraging innovative partnerships and expanding our market presence. As a Business Development Manager - Remote, you will work closely with our dynamic team to develop and execute a territory business plan aimed at growth and success.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan for growth.
• Travel extensively throughout the DMV area for agent meetings and networking opportunities.
• Identify and onboard high-potential agencies to enhance our market reach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for agents and clients.
• Monitor market trends and agency performance to inform strategic decisions.
• Represent Vault at industry events, showcasing our commitment to excellence in risk management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance sector.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with agents and brokers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working independently and traveling frequently.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
