Pension Operations Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Pension Operations Manager remote to join our team at Lloyd's Register. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing pensions administration services and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. What You'll Do

• Manage the provision of pensions administration services alongside external providers.
• Deliver business process improvements and assist in pension communications.
• Provide specialist pensions knowledge to internal and external stakeholders.
• Determine solutions for operational pension problems where parameters are not well defined.
• Lead supplier relationships with outsourced administrators to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Conduct activities in line with internal procedures and industry standards.
• Mentor and coach employees to facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Produce deliverables within agreed parameters and present them to stakeholders.

Requirements

• APMI Qualified or substantial progress towards qualification.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience in Pensions Operations Management within in-house or third-party environments.
• Knowledge of administering both DB and DC pension arrangements.
• Familiarity with international pension schemes.
