Patient Support & Advice Lead - Remote Role

About the Role

We are looking for a Patient Support & Advice Lead to join Priory Group in a remote role. This position is crucial as we implement our innovative Navigate service, designed to provide comprehensive support and advice to patients, residents, and carers throughout their care journey.

What You'll Do

  • Provide national leadership and oversight for the Navigate service, ensuring effective implementation across all Priory services.
  • Embed the Navigate framework and operating model while aligning with organizational priorities such as quality and patient experience.
  • Identify emerging themes, risks, and gaps through data analysis and feedback.
  • Offer expert guidance and targeted support to services, enhancing local accountability while maintaining national consistency.
  • Work collaboratively with Service Users (SU) and Lived Experience Partners (LEP) to ensure the model remains responsive and relevant.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of patient experience, advocacy, and support models within health and social care.
  • Working knowledge of the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act, with practical application experience.
  • Experience in leading complex, multi-site programs or services.
  • Ability to interpret data and qualitative intelligence to inform improvement and assurance.
  • Proven track record of supporting teams to deliver locally owned activities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in structured partnerships with people with lived experience.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding requirements and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience in governance systems within health and social care.
