Partnerships & Business Development Lead - Early Stage Fiat On-Ramp
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Partnerships & Business Development Lead to join our fast-growing crypto on/off-ramp company, Rampnow. As a Partnerships & Business Development Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by integrating our services into wallets, DEXs, DeFi protocols, and chain ecosystems. This is a unique opportunity to work in a scrappy, founder-mode sales environment where you will be instrumental in shaping our future.
What You'll Do
- Map the ecosystem and identify target partners in the crypto space.
- Build relationships with protocol founders and community members on platforms like Twitter and Telegram.
- Close 3-5 partnerships with smaller chains/protocols within the first two months.
- Leverage initial wins to approach larger targets such as MetaMask and Trust Wallet.
- Develop a repeatable playbook for scaling partnerships.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the crypto industry (DeFi, wallets, exchanges, L1/L2s).
- Strong network in the crypto community with the ability to reach out to key players.
- Experience in 0→1 partnerships, not just managing existing relationships.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a scrappy execution style.
- Desire for equity in a growing company rather than just a salary.
Nice to Have
- Experience in sales roles within early-stage startups.
- Familiarity with various crypto protocols and their ecosystems.
- Active participation in crypto communities on Discord, Telegram, and Twitter.
