Partnerships & Business Development Lead - Crypto On-Ramp
About the Role
We're hiring a Partnerships & Business Development Lead - Crypto On-Ramp to join our fast-growing team at Rampnow. As a key player in our mission to expand our presence in the crypto space, you'll be responsible for driving partnerships and distribution from 0 to 1. This is a unique opportunity to work in a scrappy, founder-mode sales environment where you will directly impact our growth trajectory.
What You'll Do
- Map the ecosystem and identify target partners in the crypto space.
- Build relationships with protocol founders and community members through direct outreach on platforms like Twitter and Telegram.
- Close 3-5 partnerships with smaller chains and protocols in the first two months.
- Leverage initial wins to approach larger targets like MetaMask and Trust Wallet.
- Develop a repeatable playbook for scaling partnerships as the team grows.
- Engage actively in crypto communities on Discord and Telegram to establish trust and credibility.
- Measure success through signed integration partnerships and increased transaction volume.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the crypto industry (DeFi, wallets, exchanges, L1/L2s).
- A strong network of contacts in the crypto space, with at least 10 people you can reach out to immediately.
- Experience in building partnerships from scratch, not just managing existing relationships.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a scrappy approach to execution.
- A desire for equity in a growing venture rather than just a salary.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a startup environment.
- Familiarity with community engagement strategies in crypto.
- Understanding of the competitive landscape in crypto on/off-ramp solutions.
