Part-Time Zoho Developer - Remote Position for Australian Clients

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Zoho Developer remote to support an Australian business with end-to-end Zoho system customization, integration, and automation. This role requires hands-on experience working with Australian companies and a strong understanding of local business processes, compliance, and data handling standards. Australian experience is NON-NEGOTIABLE. Applicants must have previously worked with Australian clients or companies.

What You'll Do

  • Customize and maintain Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Flow.
  • Develop custom functions using Deluge scripting.
  • Design workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and automation.
  • Build integrations between Zoho and third-party platforms (Xero, MYOB, Stripe, HubSpot, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Develop and manage APIs (REST, webhooks).
  • Create dashboards and reports for management and compliance tracking.
  • Handle data migration, system upgrades, and performance optimization.
  • Work closely with Australian stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Ensure systems comply with Australian data privacy and business standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of Zoho development experience.
  • Proven experience working with Australian clients or companies (non-negotiable).
  • Strong knowledge of: Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, Analytics.
  • Deluge scripting, REST APIs, and system integrations.
  • Experience integrating Zoho with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Stripe, Shopify, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Australian business processes, compliance, and data handling.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written English).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Nice to Have

  • Zoho certification (CRM, Creator, or Developer).
  • Experience in Australian accounting, HR, or service-based businesses.
  • Experience supporting multi-entity or multi-location businesses.
