About the Role

GoFasti is seeking a talented Part-Time Web Developer (WordPress) - Remote to join our dynamic team. As a Web Developer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our WordPress website, ensuring it meets the highest standards of performance and user experience. This position allows you to work remotely from anywhere in Latin America, providing you with the flexibility to balance your professional and personal life.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and manage our WordPress website, ensuring it is up-to-date and functional.
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Implement website improvements and feature updates based on user feedback and analytics.
• Optimize website performance, security, and SEO to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Integrate Google Analytics and other tracking tools to monitor website performance.
• Support the setup and management of Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Assist with automation for blog publishing and social media posting to streamline content distribution.
• Ensure website stability and prevent technical issues through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
• Provide ongoing technical support to users and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in WordPress development.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress themes and plugins.
• Experience with SEO best practices to improve website ranking.
• Familiarity with Google Ads setup and management.
• Understanding of website automation tools for efficient content management.
• Proven experience in optimizing website performance for speed and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience supporting nonprofits is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with additional programming languages such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms integrated with WordPress.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools for creating engaging website content.
