Project Manager - Corporate Events (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager - Corporate Events (Remote) to join our dynamic team at First Global Management Services. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of corporate events, ensuring exceptional service and seamless execution. As a Project Manager, you will leverage your expertise in event management to deliver outstanding experiences for our clients, whether in virtual, in-person, or hybrid formats.

What You'll Do

• Lead full life-cycle planning and execution of multiple key events, ensuring adherence to client standards and policies.
• Manage financial aspects, including budget development and reconciliation.
• Sourcing, negotiating, and managing site selections and contracts for venues and suppliers.
• Coordinate logistics such as registration, transportation, accommodations, and audio/visual needs.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure all event deliverables are met.
• Engage in virtual event planning and project management, utilizing platforms like Webex and Zoom.
• Travel for site inspections and on-site management of live events when applicable.
• Conduct post-event wrap-up, including final attendee counts and budget reconciliation.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of event management experience, with a strong background in conferences and production management.
• Experience managing senior clients and delivering high-quality service.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Strong negotiation and client management abilities.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and event management.

Nice to Have

• Experience with virtual event platforms, particularly Webex and Zoom.
• Knowledge of the latest trends in corporate event management.
