About the Role

Join Qdrant as a Working Student in Finance & Controlling. As a Working Student in Finance & Controlling, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance team with financial reconciliations and data analysis.

What You'll Do

• Support monthly reconciliation across financial systems and payment platforms.
• Maintain and update product and financial records within internal systems.
• Validate balances and transactions across different finance tools and data sources.
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports.
• Help with KPI calculations and internal finance reporting.
• Support the finance team during monthly closing and reporting activities.
• Ensure financial transactions and invoices are accurately recorded.
• Contribute to finance automation and process improvements.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• High attention to detail and a structured working style.
• Comfortable working with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish or Russian is a plus.
