What You'll Do

• Act as a tactical partner to the Chief Product and Clinical Strategy Officer.
• Design, configure, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows.
• Train staff on the tools developed and iterate based on their feedback.
• Work independently with minimal guidance to transition concepts into functional tools rapidly.
• Deliver quantifiable efficiency gains in workflows through innovative solutions.
• Lead cross-functional projects independently, ensuring alignment with clinical objectives.
• Create tools for clinical documentation support and prototype workflows for patient risk stratification.
• Build agents for clinical intake and triage automation.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, product management, analytics, or healthcare operations.
• Experience building in low-code/no-code environments.
• High technical curiosity and a self-starter attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clinical leaders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in AI/ML applications in healthcare.
• Familiarity with remote patient monitoring technologies.
• Knowledge of behavioral health management systems.
