Business Systems Analyst - Remote Customer.io Contractor

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst - Remote to join our team at Ness USA. This role focuses on supporting our Go-to-Market (GTM) Systems team during a crucial email platform migration to Customer.io. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the BizTech and Marketing Operations teams to streamline our marketing email infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Configure and administer the Customer.io platform to enhance our marketing capabilities.
• Execute SFDC Data In sync integration testing, validation, and production deployment.
• Manage data quality workflows to ensure accurate and effective data handling.
• Partner with Data Engineering on Snowflake integrations to optimize data processes.
• Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials for stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions.
• Utilize your 4-10 years of experience as a business systems analyst to provide insights and solutions.
• Leverage hands-on experience with Customer.io to drive successful outcomes.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Salesforce CRM and a strong understanding of GTM data processes.

Requirements

• 4-10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Customer.io and Salesforce CRM.
• Strong understanding of GTM data processes and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience with Marketo and familiarity with migrating campaigns is a plus.
• Familiarity with third-party integrations to enhance marketing efforts.
