Paid Search Analyst - Remote Position in Financial Services

About the Role

We are seeking a Paid Search Analyst - Remote to join our client's dynamic team in the financial services sector. This role offers the opportunity to work 40 hours a week, fully remote, and contribute to a world-class Performance Media and Creative Agency.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the planning, development, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid search campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the paid search team to ensure effective campaign planning and conduct weekly performance reviews.
• Own keyword research and analysis, ad copy development, bid strategy, and budget allocation.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop an ongoing testing plan to enhance campaign performance and document test-and-learn initiatives.
• Onboard new client campaigns and transition existing agency-managed campaigns smoothly.
• Understand the technical aspects of paid search, including Google and Bing Ads tactics.
• Collaborate with analytics on measurement, tagging, and reporting to ensure campaign success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns, from planning to reporting.
• Proficient in paid search keyword research, ad copy buildouts, and daily optimization tactics.
• Experience with Google Marketing Platform (SA360 required, GA4/CM/DV360 preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent marketing experience (high school diploma + 4 years).

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2C and B2B campaigns, particularly in the financial sector.
• Knowledge of paid media tagging strategies and workflows.
• SEO skills are a bonus but not required.
