We are seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Vibechoose. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the USA while engaging with potential clients through phone and social media outreach. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our B2B customer acquisition efforts, helping businesses in the D-A-CH region effectively reach their target audiences.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct cold calls and schedule appointments with potential clients to generate leads.

  • Capture relevant sales data in our CRM (Pipedrive) to track progress and performance.
  • Maintain a positive mindset and enjoy phone acquisition to build rapport with clients.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all business levels.
  • Demonstrate a friendly demeanor and sociability to foster positive relationships.
  • Exhibit quick comprehension and entrepreneurial thinking to adapt to various situations.
  • Employ negotiation skills and maintain high concentration during client interactions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German at a native level is essential for effective communication.
  • Existing business registration is required to operate as a freelance representative.
