Field Sales Manager - Remote Opportunity in Culinary Marketplace

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Manager to join our team at Saltz, where you will have the opportunity to work remotely while connecting chefs with quality ingredients. As a Field Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in introducing our innovative marketplace to culinary professionals, making their lives easier and more efficient.

What You'll Do

• Engage with chefs and restaurant owners in the field, managing 10-15 meetings per week to showcase how Saltz simplifies their ingredient sourcing.
• Utilize our CRM and other tools to track your progress and ensure seamless communication with the team.
• Demonstrate our application in real kitchen environments, highlighting its reliability and ease of use.
• Plan your weekly schedule effectively, with guidance as needed, to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with culinary professionals, leveraging your understanding of the gastronomy industry.

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced culinary environment, whether as a kitchen manager, bar manager, or concierge.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen, problem-solve, and confidently close sales.
• Fluency in Polish and English, with additional language skills being a plus.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own workflow.
• Sales internships or part-time customer roles are advantageous.

Nice to Have

• Fluency in additional languages, particularly Hungarian.
