• Coordinate payer enrollment activities, working closely with various insurance companies.

• Assist in the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into our system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer support and success initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements related to credentialing and payer enrollment.
• Support quality auditing processes to ensure high standards are met.
• Engage in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational workflows.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in operations, preferably in healthcare or payer enrollment.
• Strong understanding of credentialing processes and payer enrollment procedures.
• Proficient in data analysis and workflow improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with customer support tools, such as Zendesk.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of compliance and quality auditing standards in healthcare.
