About the Role

We are looking for a Bilingual Recruitment Specialist to join our team remotely. What You'll Do

• Conduct phone pre-screening of candidates to identify suitable bilingual caregivers.
• Perform face-to-face interviews for recruitment purposes.
• Manage the assignment of caregivers to families, ensuring a perfect match.
• Support caregivers throughout their assignments, providing guidance and assistance.
• Develop and maintain a strong pool of bilingual caregivers through effective communication and relationship-building.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and French, with excellent communication skills.
• Minimum of a Bac +2 qualification.
• Experience in recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience working with children, such as in early childhood education or as a parent.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with recruitment tools.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
