Operations Assistant II - Remote Position

About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Assistant II - Remote to join our team at Banco de Bogotá. In this role, you will consult, analyze, and manage embargo orders received by the bank against active products such as checking accounts, savings accounts, and CDs. You will apply embargo measures according to the specifics of each document, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

What You'll Do

• Process embargo orders loaded into the embargo system application.
• Clearly understand the specifications and variables within the embargo order to define necessary actions.
• Apply embargo measures as needed, following guidelines from your area manager.
• Verify that online debits processed through the application are accurately recorded in customer products.
• Submit reports on processed transactions according to established goals at the end of each day.

Requirements

• 0-1 years of relevant experience in operations or financial services.
• Technical degree in Financial Services Administration or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to establish productive relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
