Neuropsych Sales Specialist - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a Neuropsych Sales Specialist to join our team at Teva Pharmaceuticals. This is a remote opportunity where you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and profitability within your territory. As a Neuropsych Sales Specialist, you will leverage your expertise in account-based selling to build strong relationships and deliver ethical solutions that meet the needs of healthcare providers.
What You'll Do
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members and key external contacts, demonstrating awareness of their needs and responding appropriately.
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing of products to current and potential customers.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to effectively promote products and provide patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow relationships with key accounts by tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs.
- Regularly analyze sales data to create effective territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Maintain a competitive edge by addressing external market challenges while fostering collaboration with internal teams.
- Maintain a call average as outlined in the sales plan, focusing on top target customers.
- Adhere to all compliance policies and guidelines set by Teva Pharmaceuticals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field.
- At least 1 year of full-time business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
- Proven record of accomplishments in the specific market toward meeting established objectives.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including active listening and open communication.
- Ability to interact with healthcare providers in both face-to-face and virtual environments.
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, or marketing.
- New product launch experience.
- Broad therapeutic area experience, particularly in the therapeutic area.
